A very educational add-on course for learning more about React. Very easy to follow where I learned alot.
Wow! This was my favorite @SheCodes.io project so far! It seemed like a daunting task at the beginning, but step-by-step it started coming together. I enjoyed choosing the best word-choice, images, song lyrics, music videos, and element styling for each section. My confidence as a new coder (55 days total) continues to grow especially since overall things moved along smoothly for me. When I did come across a temporary hurdle, I explored options until I found a solution that worked. Thank you to @Matthieu Delac and his team for providing well-structured lessons and support if students need it. Now, moving on to the REACT workshop!

Wow! This was a tough few weeks! React is definitely a steep learning curve, but so worth it when you come out on the other side. I can definitely say it would have been impossible for me to have learnt React without the well structured, educational videos, challenges and homework by Shecodes and Matt! So grateful and proud of what I've learnt!

I've recently completed the react development course from SheCodes.io, and I'm so glad I did! The course was challenging but also engaging and enjoyable. I especially loved the hands-on exercises and the real-world projects that allowed me to apply what I was learning. SheCodes has been the perfect program for me! I love the ability to move at my own accelerated pace to achieve personal goals. In about 50 days I have worked hard to learn, practice, and level up from the Basics through Responsive workshops. Matt has structured the lessons to ensure student success. Love learning and practicing with React
SheCodes Responsive was a lot more challenging, but still a good experience learning new material. This course encourages me to do more with the Add-on courses, and later to learn about React. I'm continually improving myself. I highly recommend trying more than one course!

I've registered for all the SheCodes workshops, beginning with the Basics, and I've gained a wealth of knowledge so far. The Responsive workshop was particularly impressive in tying everything together for me, and I highly recommend it. I'm am looking forward to the upcoming Responsive Add-on workshop and can't wait to dive into React afterward.
In the SheCodes React course I learned to develop web applications using the React library. The teacher explains the material well and clearly, making complex React concepts accessible even to those just starting to develop. His approach to teaching really helps you learn the fundamentals of React and put them into practice. I really liked that the course was completely practical, which made it easier to understand. Everything difficult becomes simple. Thanks for this great learning experience! I strongly recommend that anyone who wants to master this profession take training from SheCodes.
I really enjoyed developing the dictionary app. It wasn't very easy, but that's how working with React is, it requires constant practice.
This React project will definitely test your patience. The project was 10/10 difficulty, was still cool learning experience and hope to master using React in the future.
I enjoyed learning react and found it challenging and appreciated the repeated practice week to week.
The course was very challenging but provides a good introduction to React. I learnt a few tricks along the way such as using other SVG icons, looping and refactoring, but lots of replaying was necessary and definitely still lots to learn & get used to when writing code with React!
I enjoyed every bit of coding and learning REACT using multiple APIs. This workshop was a advanced form of React. I have learnt a lot through SheCodes workshops. Looking back to my first day of SheCodes to today, I think I have become a good coder and have gain more knowledge and confidence. Thank you SheCodes team and instructor Matt.

I highly recommend this course. It not only served as a thorough revision of vanilla JavaScript but also broadened my knowledge significantly. As a result, I now feel much more confident in my ability to produce high-quality work with both react and JavaScript.
I feel I've set a firm foundation in React. I know this is just the beginning, but with these tools in my belt I've a sure start, and can keep learning and growing.

Learning React has been the most difficult part of the whole course so far, and has really tested my coding skills! It was rewarding in the end, but required perserverance and frustration, which can be half the fun! I remember something that Matt said in the Basics workshop - If you ever get frustrated by the fact that one small thing is enough to break your entire page, remembr that it only takes one small thing to fix it!
It was one of my best workshop. I learnt a lot about React and I thoroughly enjoyed doing a weather react project. I feel more confident in my coding skill.
A portfolio is really important for a developer to showcase his work, I'm glad I had the opportunity to create one during this course. Can't wait to add the React Weather App to the portfolio :)

SheCodes Responsive has been my favourite module so far. From refreshing the basics of HTML & CSS to the new skills learnt, such as reactivity to change between different screen sizes, to the acknowledgement of previous projects completed, I found this module to be the most satisfying and confidence boosting that all the effort to learn these new languages is sinking in. I am proud of my Portfolio webpage and cant wait to share it.
I thought at first I was not interested in learning 🤖AI, because I wanted to focus on making more practice and learn better Js and React💪🏽. But to get my 📜 Front End Certification I had to complete this course, which took me longer because I wasn't motivated, but in the end, was a really good experience and knowledge that I can attach to my CV. For everyone, who is interested in knowing more about AI is a really good course, but be sure that you know all the basics before.
I've been fortunate enough to have been on a 2 year journey with shecodes; and something that started as a way of staying entertained through covid, quickly became somthing I was excited to come back to. The bite-sized videos and small hands on exercises each week, make it easy to break down and learn a lot of complicated concepts. It's practical and incredibly insightful, not to mention the Shecodes team are always happy to assist with any troubleshooting through slack. I've been extremely grateful to have gone from the intro workshops in HTML, CSS and Javascript, and now rounding it out with React. Thanks so much to Matt and the team at Shecodes for all of your hard work and support!

I really loved this workshop. It's something i was waiting since i started my SheCodes journey. I simply love creating webpages and giving them my personal design style. This workshop was all i was hoping for: i've learned how to prorpely code a responsive website, transforming designs into code and much more. I loved it so much and i most importantly i enjoyed the portofolio project more than anything. It gave me a lot of inspiration and motivation to focus transforming more existing designs into code. Another stage completed. It wasn't easy, but it was fun at the same time. Thanks to Matt and the simple and detailed way he teaches, I was able to learn the basics (sometimes not so much, lol) of React and knowing that I can now build a more complete and responsive application is very satisfying, even though I have a long way to go to improve my knowledge and techniques. That said, I look forward to the next challenges.
One of the best choices I made to advance my coding abilities was to enroll in the React SheCodes program. I'm new to React, so the practical projects really helped me solidify my grasp of the fundamental ideas behind props, states, components, hooks, and events. I left with strong React abilities and a project for my portfolio that I was happy to present. I feel ready to create increasingly sophisticated apps. Learning React was tough! This workshop is great for beginning to learn the language but you will need to invest more time in learning React to become fluent in it. I highly recommend it as a beginner.

It was a nice workshop. However, I feel that it could have been a bit longer to really understand React.
Although challenging at times, it was fun to learn React. The structure of React makes it easier to look through and find the errors in your code, while also giving you a wide array of options when building an application. I love easy challenges at the beginning of the course, ending with the step by step walk through of building the application.
The React workshop was definitely much harder than the previous ones, but thanks to Matt's guidance and structure, I was able to follow along at my own pace and digest the information. I really enjoy being able to follow along with Matt as we work on our project together.
I'm so proud of myself!!! I'm also really grateful to SheCodes and Matt our instructor. I found react to have a steep learning curve but I was able to follow along because of how detailed our instructor is at explaining the concepts and nothing beats the practical approach at SheCodes.
