A few months ago, I decided to register to the webinar presented by Matt Delac. I knew absolutely nothing about coding and it all felt like another world. The webinar was fantastic and I wanted to learn more and explore further. This has been a transformative experience for me. The course structure is exceptionally well-designed, starting from the fundamentals and gradually progressing to more advance concepts. Matt's teaching style is clear, engaging, and highly effective. I have now a solid foundation in Python programming that I can build upon as I continue my learning journey. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to start their coding journey. I stumbled on this SheCodes course by chance. I'd been hearing about coding for a while then, and I had always felt curious about it. Since the online course allowed me to learn at one's own pace, I decided to give it a try. And I LOVED it! Despite my raging ADHD, I managed to finish the course a week in advance. The lessons were short and clear, and I found the challenges and homework enjoyable. Once I sat down in front of my PC, I couldn't stop working until I was satisfied with my progress. Being a short course, it obviously covered only the basics, but even so I feel like I learned a lot. I'm seriously thinking about buying the following courses now!

This one was a lot more challenging. Learning about manipulation and Dark themes was so enjoyable. I got to share what I like in my everyday life and create a webpage with transformations and links to some of my favorites. I also found myself starting to notice and catch my code errors.

One of the best aspects of SheCodes is the community. The support from mentors and fellow learners made a significant difference. Whenever I had questions or faced challenges, I could count on quick and helpful responses. The real-world projects we worked on were both fun and educational, allowing me to build a portfolio that I’m proud of. In conclusion, SheCodes provided me with a solid foundation in web development. SheCodes+ was a great next step from the basic course, allowing me to build on the original skills and learn new ones. Challenging at times but the team were around to answer any questions when I got stuck.

Matt has always been a really good teacher and teaches everything step by step for us to understand. The topics are compartmentalized very well that makes the learning experience very smooth. Would highly recommend it to anyone interested to learn!

I enjoyed learning how to implement the Moment.js library to build my very own world clock. It made the process of displaying date and time so much simpler. I wanted to go a little further and display the seconds on the selected cities and really enjoyed problem-solving this 🤓

Another great week of learning new skills - very simple to follow with great resources at hand if you get stuck

I am so proud of myself! I was a little apprehensive about taking this course, I literally pushed the date back so many times but I am so glad I finally completed it. I have learnt so much which will make managing my e-commerce platform so much easier without having to always rely on external help. The She codes Team are incredible!

This is a fantastic course! It took a little longer than I thought but with working full time and an 18 month old baby, on top of being newly pregnant I have a lot on my plate. I appreciated not being pushed too much to complete by the deadline and being able to learn at my own pace! I learnt a lot and will keep it up to ensure I keep improving and dont forget what I have learnt!

SheCodes provides easy, manageable, and bite-sized lessons that can make even a college student like me who had NEVER seen code before find it fun and quite refreshing to learn. I'm glad to have given it a shot!

I had no experience with coding going into the course, and I seriously doubted that I would even be able to understand anything, but guess who's rocking it now. I have never experienced this much fun learning before. The Slack community and Athena AI were available to help me during my learning process, and Matt's instructions were simple yet effective. I'll undoubtedly continue to develop my coding skills by taking more complex SheCodes courses.

The basic add-on is great for repeating everything learned in the basic workshop and applying it when creating the final project.

I have previously tried learning html, css and javascript but never really understood it. The SheCodes lessons broke down the concepts and I understand them much better. I used to think javascript was very hard but now, I know otherwise.

SheCodes Responsive taught me great techniques in order to make a website responsive in all types of screens. I also learned how to use Bootstrap and essential SEO techniques to make the website more visible online which is why I recommend this course to anyone who is interested in coding.

My experience with SheCodes was fantastic and straightforward. The timely reminders kept me organized, and the high-quality videos made learning enjoyable. The supportive team always responded promptly, and the vibrant Slack community offered an excellent network of peers. I was very happy with learning more in depth HTML and CSS skills. The workshops were great in showing transitions, changing themes, integrating color and using text and images in a creative way to make your website attractive. The real life projects are great for future reference or if you want to go back and improve your code.

React was challenging, but I liked learning about component files and seeing how they all work together. I personally found this segment to be the most difficult for me, but all the previous workshops set me up for success. I must admit that this has been a great course. I knew some HTML and CSS before starting this course but never really liked JavaScript as I didn't understand it. Responsive add-on was a rewarding challenge to help me gain more in-depth knowledge of CSS and HTML. The basics workshop is perfect for busy individuals. Matt teaches exactly what you need to create an interactive page in 15 minutes or less.
