This course was really interesting and complex. Never thought I would have to code with AI, but Matt tries to make sure we learn more as the tech industry progresses forward.

I enjoyed this workshop. Matt is a great teacher and made it easier to understand the basics especially for a person like me who has never coded prior to this. Its a great introduction to coding.

I highly recommend SheCodes to anyone who want to learn coding. Matt makes learning so easy and fun. I had zero knowledge of coding and had always thought it was like rocket science. Through this basic training, I have found myself loving it and very easy to follow and apply when doing homework challenges and projects.

Before starting Shecodes, I was learning HTML and CSS on my own but wasn’t really motivated by myself and was a bit confused by JavaScript. After trying Shecodes I became very interested in learning to code and the homework and projects kept me engaged and motivated to keep learning. Matt Delac makes things easy to understand and there is always a community to look to when you have questions!

Python Advanced was quite challenging at times, but given the well-structured approach of Matt, amazing to master. Being able to use the skills gained in the Python Basics course and adding visual representation made it fun. As all prior courses, I truly enjoyed it and can't wait to continue my journey.

This was a tricky module for me, however I managed to make it to the finish line. As always Matt's videos were clear and informative. This was a really interesting course. I used Athena a lot and I have to say it made a big difference in explaining errors step by step, or breaking down the basics even more than Matt did. Additionally, I find Python much more intuitive than JS/React so if you struggled with those courses on SheCodes, you might just find your jam with Python.

Shecodes Plus was kind of a struggle but in a good way! Coding isn't going to be easy at first but I know I'll continue to get better thanks to Matt and all of Shecodes employees!

I was a little disappointed at first to be building another weather forecast app. Eventually, I was glad I did - it's good to compare your work then and now and to see how you can approach the same project differently. At first, I was initially intimidated by React.js complexity. However, the workshop's well-structured curriculum and hands-on approach made learning React a breeze. All thanks to instructor Matthieu Delac. He broke down complex concepts into digestible chunks. By the end of the workshop, I felt confident in my ability to tackle React weather project independently.

The dictionary app that we have built on this workshop has been the perfect continuation to the SheCodes React workshop, as it has allowed me to refresh all the concepts learnt beforehand. Thanks to the SheCodes team for all their help and support, as always, and to Matt for his clear explanations. A long way to go and loads more to learn, but I'm really excited for having finished the SheCodes Front-End journey. I like Matt's approach to teaching. He shows us some things but then challenges us to try and figure out other things based on what we have learned. For someone who has long been a self-confessed technophobe, I'm surprised at how much I've enjoyed this. Frustrating at times, yes. But I love seeing the immediate result of something I've done. You type a code (a correct code lol) and the page outputs what you've done. And I must say I'm quite happy with my final project!

It was such an amazing journey, learning Java React and more CSS. the lessons are well-constructed and easy to understand and follow. I enjoyed everything I have learned and of course, it was challenging, especially Java but that is the fun part of learning. I am ready to learn and take up some new challenging designs and I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn new tech skills. Learning React was very challenging for me. Matt made this process a lot easier for me because now i understand how and when to use useState, creating different components and also intergrating HTML inside my js components. Working with JavaScript in SheCodes Plus was a challenge in the beginning for me. As the weeks went by it was a relief to see how Matt was splitting the challenges into smaller tasks making it easier for me to understand the concepts for each particular lesson. The documentation in the lessons was quite helpful and I had time to read through and check whenever I had errors/bugs in my code.

This has been the most enjoyable, challenging journey ever😊, I have learned a lot and gained a lot of knowledge, it has not been easy but with the learning videos and instructions from Matt and the help of the Slack community 🙏 not forgetting the AI Anthena 😂 it became less trouble I love the coding tools that I got to discover coding is fun and interesting and I still can not believe it that I have obtained my web development certificate 🎉💃💃😁, I am so thankful for this opportunity.

Matt's videos are really easy to follow and I like how he explores different options before choosing the cleanest code (and explaining why). I especially loved this project as it provided extra training in how to read and work from a Figma file.

The way that the different subject matter like various functions was divided and taught made Python much easier to learn than when I've tried to learn by myself. I would recommend this course for those looking to learn the basics of Python.
